Gnocchi with all the delicious flavors of summer!
Make sure you have...
Oven, Parchment paper
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash & cut the ends of the bell peppers. Slice them in half & discard the pips. Slice the peppers into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash & slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Peel & slice the shallots into thin rounds.
Step 4
On a baking dish lined with parchment paper, add : the gnocchi, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes & shallots. Add a bit of water or stock to the bottom of your dish & season with 'herbes de Provence', a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper*. Roast for 30 min at 180°C. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 5
Once the veggies & gnocchi are cooked through & golden, remove the dish from the oven & serve warm. Enjoy !
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding grated garlic & bacon bits or goat's cheese (for all our veggies out there)!
