Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, softened butter, egg yolks and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper and using a rolling pin, roll until it is about 1/8 inch thick.
Step 5
Remove the top piece of parchment paper and make circles using a round cookie cutter or a glass, if you don’t have one.
Step 6
Form a ball with the excess dough.
Step 7
Place the piece of parchment paper with the cut out cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Step 8
Repeat until no dough remains.
Step 9
Once cooked, let the cookies cool.
Step 10
Spread half of the cookies with Nutella and place the other half of the cookies on top to form a sandwich. They're ready. Snack time!
