Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Colander

Potatoes (baked/mashed)

Step 1

Peel & dice the potatoes.

Step 2

In a pot of salted boiling water, add the potatoes. Cook for 5 min, over medium heat.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 3

Meanwhile, wash & slice the broccoli into florets. Small dice the stem.

Step 4

Add the broccoli to the pot & continue cooking for another 10 min.

Chicken nuggets (frozen)

Step 5

Meanwhile, cook the nuggets according to package instructions.

Butter (unsalted)

Step 6

Once cooked through, drain the potatoes & broccoli. Add a dab of butter, salt & pepper. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the veggies.

Step 7

Serve the crispy nuggets alongside the broccoli mash. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
