Zucchini

Step 1

Wash the zucchini and slice them lengthwise into thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler.

Nectarine

Step 2

Add them to a bowl with the nectarines cut into slices.

Feta cheese (block)

Step 3

Crumble the feta cheese on top.

Lemon
Basil (fresh)

Step 4

Add the lemon juice, lemon zest and chopped basil (or mint).

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person.

Pine nuts

Step 6

Optional : add pinenuts (hazelnuts or chopped almonds work too!).

Step 7

Toss to combine and enjoy!
