Step 1

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Garlic

Step 2

In a hot pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the minced garlic. Add the mushrooms and let brown 5 minutes.

Step 3

Grate the cheddar. Alternative: Use shredded cheddar cheese.

White mushrooms (whole)
Parsley (fresh)
Flour tortilla (medium)

Step 4

Top the tortilla with half of the sour cream, mushrooms, cheddar and a little parsley (if you have any). Close the quesadilla.

Step 5

Fry the quesadillas for two minutes on each side until the cheese is melted.

Step 6

Cut the quesadilla in parts and serve. Enjoy!
