Step 1
Optional : if you have some, chop the shallots thinly. Wash then slice the mushrooms. Cook them in a pan with a knob of butter (and the shallots).
Step 2
In a skillet over high heat, add a knob of butter (optional: shallots), and the mushrooms and brown them over high heat, stirring regularly, until the water returned by the mushrooms evaporates totally. Season.
Step 3
Once the mushrooms are golden brown, remove them from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
Add a knob of butter to the pan and a patty.
Step 5
Break an egg in the center, add a little cheese on top, add the ham torn in pieces and spread a little of the pan-fried mushrooms all around.
Step 6
Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes until the egg is cooked through. Close the galette in 2 or in a square, serve, it's ready!
