Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Thinly slice the mushrooms.

Crème fraîche
Garlic

Step 2

Mix together the crème fraîche and the grated (or finely diced) garlic in a small bowl. Season with a little bit of salt & pepper.

Pizza crust

Step 3

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread the crème fraîche and garlic mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.

White mushrooms (whole)

Step 4

Add the sliced mushrooms and a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 5

Bake the pizza for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6

Remove the pizza from the oven.
