Digicook
Step 1
Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms. Place them in the Digicook bowl with the peeled and grated garlic and a knob of butter (or a drizzle of olive oil). Fry for 2 min / 120°C / reverse mode / speed 1.
Step 2
Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the gnocchi and continue cooking for 2 min / 120°C / reverse mode / speed 1.
Step 4
Add in the white wine, cream, salt and pepper. Continue cooking for another 5 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1 (with the measuring cup).
Step 5
Remove from the Digicook. Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve. (Optional: add some mint leaves if you have any). Enojy!
