Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les champignons en lamelles.

Garlic

Dans le bol du Cookeo, ajoutez : une noisette de beurre, l'ail râpé et les champignons. Lancez le mode 'dorer' pendant 2 minutes.

Gnocchi (skillet)

Step 3

Ajoutez les gnocchi. Poursuivez la cuisson en mode 'dorer' pendant 4 à 5 minutes.

Heavy cream

Step 4

Déglacez au vin blanc, puis ajoutez la crème. Salez et poivrez. Lancez le mode 'mijotage' pendant 5 minutes.
