Step 1
If needed, defrost your beef patties. Chop the mint.
Step 2
Mix the ground beef, spices, mint, salt & pepper in a large bowl. Add the grated onion and garlic and mix to combine.
Step 3
Form elongated meatballs with the ground beef mixture.
Step 4
Heat a pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the meatballs for 5 minutes, turning regularly to cook all sides.
Step 5
Toast the pita bread.
Step 6
Spread the yogurt on each plate with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the meatballs and some chopped mint. Serve with the pita bread. Enjoy!
