Step 1

In a bowl, mix: the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper and 1 spoonful of olive oil/person.

Step 2

Cut the melon in half, empty the seeds with a spoon. Peel it with a knife, then slice it into thin strips: the thinner, the better ;)

Spread the ricotta on the bottom of a plate.

Add the melon slices on top and arrange them nicely.

Step 5
