Bell pepper (assorted)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash then cut the peppers. Then remove the center with the seeds, then cut them into strips

Red onion

Step 2

Peel the red onion then cut it into quarters.

Step 3

On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, add the peppers and onions. Salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well then bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.

Garlic
Lemon

Step 4

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, grated garlic, lemon zest and juice. Salt, pepper and mix.

Raw shrimp (frozen)

Step 5

After 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and add the shrimp. Brush them with the garlic/lemon mixture. Bake again for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Feta cheese (block)
Parsley (fresh)

Step 6

Remove the baking tray from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Add a few parsley leaves if you have them and add a few lemon slices if you have any left. It's ready !
