Smiley frozen fries

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. On a baking tray covered with baking paper, arrange the kid smiles and bake according to the cooking time indicated on the package.

Shallot

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel then finely slice the shallot.

Ground beef

Step 3

In a bowl, add the minced meat and shallot. Mix by hand. Salt, pepper and mix again.

Form small balls by rolling them in your hands.

Step 5

Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil then grill the meatballs on each side for about 8 minutes.

Green beans (frozen)

Step 6

At the same time, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook the green beans for about 3 minutes.

Step 7

Take the kid smiles out of the oven.

Paprika

Step 8

Place them in a bowl then add the paprika and shake the bowl to soak them well.

Ketchup

Step 9

On a plate, serve the meatballs with the green beans, kid smiles and a little ketchup. Season to taste. It's ready !
