Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Rinse the Brussels sprouts if necessary & cut in half.
Step 2
Chop the bacon.
Step 3
Line a sheet tray with foil. Add Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, salt, pepper & maple syrup.* Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat (optional). Mix everything together. * Check out our tips for this step
Step 4
Roast in the oven for 30 min or until the Brussels sprouts & bacon are crispy.
Step 5
Serve with additional maple syrup (optional) & enjoy!
