Shallot

Step 1

Peel and mince the shallot.

Sweat the shallot with a bit of olive oil.

Pasta (elbow macaroni)

Step 3

Add the garlic and macaroni. Cook for 3 minutes to color the pasta.

White wine

Step 4

Pour in the white wine, mix and allow the macaroni to absorb the liquid.

Faites bouillir 25 cl d'eau par personne et faites-y dissoudre le bouillon.

Add a ladle of stock and let the pasta absorb it again. Repeat the process for 10 minutes by adding stock.
