Wash & thinly slice the tomato into rounds.

Halve the bagel.

Red onion

Peel & thinly slice the onion into rings.

Cream cheese

Step 5

On the bottom half of the bagel, lay the smoked salmon. Top with sliced tomato, a few rings of red onion & a sprinkle of capers (optional). Close the bagel sandwich & slice in half. Serve & enjoy!
