Crispy fries covered in melted cheese, bacon & a fried egg!
Oven, Frying pan, Stovetop
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Arrange the fries on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for the cooking time indicated on the packet.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a hot pan, add the bacon slices and grill them for 2 minutes on each side, over high heat. They should become almost crispy. Then remove onto a sheet of paper towel.
Step 3
In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the fried egg for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on your preference. Add salt and pepper.

Remove the fries from the oven, then transfer them to a baking sheet or dish. Add the pieces of cheddar on top and put it back in the oven for 2 minutes at 220°C, until the cheddar melts.
Step 5
Once the cheese has melted, remove the dish from the oven. Add the fried eggs and the bacon pieces on top. Serve with previously chopped chives. It's ready !
