Rinse & drain the lentils

Red onion

Step 2

Peel & thinly slice the red onion.

Cucumber

Step 3

Wash & dice the cucumber into small cubes.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 4

Wash & finely chop the cilantro.

Feta cheese (block)

Step 5
