Step 1

Rinse the lentils. In the Digicook bowl, add 15 cl of water per person, a pinch of salt, the lentils and cook for 40 min / 100°C / reverse mode / vitesse 1.

Meanwhile, deseed and rinse the peppers. Cut into thin strips.
