Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash then cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, add: the cherry tomatoes and the green beans. Salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Mix then bake for 10- 15 minutes at 200°C.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add a knob of melted butter per person or 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Grate the garlic, zest the lemon and add the juice. If you have some, add chopped parsley. Salt, pepper and mix.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, remove the tray from the oven, add the shrimp and the sauce then mix. If you have any left, add a few slices of lemon then bake again for 10 minutes at 200°C.
Step 5
Take the tray out of the oven. It's ready !
