A simple & tasty recipe that you will quickly add to your rotation!
Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the red onions then cut them into quarters.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade by mixing a tablespoon of olive oil per person with the grated garlic and lemon juice. Salt, pepper and add thyme, if you have any.
Step 3
Sur une plaque de cuisson, ajoutez les pommes de terre, les cuisses de poulet et l'oignon rouge. Salez, poivrez et badigeonnez le tout de marinade. Enfournez pour 30 minutes à 200°C.
Step 4
On a baking sheet, add the potatoes, chicken thighs and red onion. Salt, pepper and brush everything with marinade. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
Step 5
Remove the tray from the oven and add a few slices of lemon if you have any left and a few parsley leaves if you have any.* Enjoy ! *Check out our tips for this step
