Make sure you have...
Frying pan, Pot (small), Stovetop
Step 1
If needed, stem the green beans.
Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the green beans for 12 min. Once cooked through, drain them.
Step 3
Optional : for a golden crust, add the equivalent of 1 tablespoon of flour to a shallow plate & roll the chicken breast in it.
Step 4
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the chicken breast. Season with salt & pepper & cook for 3-4 min on each side, until golden & cooked through.
Step 5
Add the lemon juice & honey. Continue cooking for 1-2 min, over high heat, while spreading the juices on the chicken, until the sauce lightly starts to caramelize.
Step 6
Slice the chicken.
Step 7
Serve the chicken in a plate with a side of green beans. Top with the lemon & honey butter & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
