Step 1
Pour the rice into a large volume of boiling water and follow the cooking time recommended on the packaging.
Step 2
In the meantime, season your chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Add the flour to a deep plate and dip the chicken in it.
Step 3
In a hot skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and brown the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown. Reserve the chicken.
Step 4
In the same pan, deglaze with the chicken broth (count about 50ml of water per serving). Add the lemon and zest.
Step 5
Add the butter in pieces. Salt, pepper and mix. Cook over low heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the chicken to the pan and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, covered. Halfway through cooking, baste it with the sauce.
Step 7
Meanwhile, heat a pot of boiling salted water. Add the green beans and cook for about 3 min. Drain the green beans.
Step 8
Check the doneness of the chicken. Dress the chicken with the rice and green beans. Serve immediately with lemon butter. It's ready!
