Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.

Step 2

In the meantime, cut the chicken into strips. Cook for 4-5 minutes in a pan over medium-high heat with a dab of butter. Add the lemon zest and stir frequently, until lightly golden.

Spinach (fresh)

Step 3

Add the cream and spinach, and season with salt & pepper. Simmer until the pasta finishes cooking. (about 5 minutes)
