Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Colander, Grater
Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the chicken into strips.
Step 3
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium-high heat. Add the chicken & lemon zest. Season with salt & pepper & cook for 4-5 min, until lightly golden.
Step 4
Lower the heat to low & add the cream & spinach leaves. Simmer for 2-3 min, stirring.
Step 5
Add the drained pasta & grated parmesan cheese to the pan. Stir to coat.
Step 6
Serve the creamy chicken pasta in a bowl. Top with extra grated parmesan cheese & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
