Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the potatoes and cut them in halves or quarters.

Lemon

Step 2

Slice the lemon into rounds.

White wine

Chicken breast
Rosemary (dried)
Lemon

Step 3

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the potatoes in the center, top with the chicken breast and lemon slices and sprinkle the white wine and rosemary on top. (Optional: Add the juice of the remaining lemon.)

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil, then fold and roll up the edges of the parchment paper to form a parcel.

Step 5

Bake for 45 min at 180°C.

Step 6

Serve hot!
