Stovetop, Thermomix, Colander, Frying pan
Step 1
Remove the ends of the leeks. Slice the leeks into thin rounds & place in a colander. Rinse abundantly to remove any impurities.
Step 2
In the Thermomix bowl, add the leeks & a dab of butter. Cook for 10 min / 20°C / reverse mode / speed Simmering
Step 3
Add the crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for another 5 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed Simmering.
Step 4
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the buckwheat galette. Top with the leek fondue.
Step 5
Top with the torn slices of smoked salmon. Season with freshly grated pepper & fold the edges of the galette toward to the center. Cook for 2-3 min.
Step 6
Serve the smoked salmon & leek galette in a plate with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
