When the Norman camembert meets the Breton galette, this is what happens!
Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Digicook, Colander, Frying pan
Step 1
Remove the ends of the leeks and then slice the white part in rings. Place them in a colander and rinse thoroughly to remove impurities.
Step 2
Using the mixing bowl, add the leeks with a knob of butter and cook for 9 min / 120°C / reverse mode / speed 1. Add the cream, salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Ajoutez la crème fraîche, du sel et du poivre. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a frying pan, add a knob of butter and a galette. Then add some of the melted leeks on top, spreading them out and lay on the strips of camembert. Season with pepper.
Step 5
Close the galette and cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat until the camembert melts. Serve and enjoy!
