Veggie burger

Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the veggie burgers. Cover & grill for 4 minutes on each side.

Burger bun

Step 2

In the same pan, melt a knob of butter over high heat. Add the burger buns on the crumb side & toast them for 2 minutes. Reserve.

Mozzarella (fresh)

Step 3

Meanwhile, slice the mozzarella into rounds.

Red pesto
Arugula
Balsamic glaze

Step 4

Garnish the burger buns by spreading the base with red pesto. Then add the veggie burger, followed by the mozzarella & arugula. Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze & olive oil on top. Add salt and pepper, close the burger & enjoy immediately. It's ready!
