Beef (top round steak)

Step 1

In a frying pan on high heat, cook the meat for 1 minute on each side and remove from heat.

Step 2

Cut the steak into thin strips.

Parmesan

Step 3

Using a knife or vegetable peeler, slice the parmesan into thin slices.

Pesto

Step 4

Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil per person to the pesto.

Pine nuts

Step 5

Spread the pesto on a plate, add the sliced meat, arugula, parmesan shavings and pine nuts. Season with salt & pepper to taste and enjoy!
