Baby potatoes

Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the potatoes for 20 minutes. Cook whole if they're small, or in quarters if they're bigger.

Step 2

Drain the potatoes when tender. Cut them in half or quarters depending on their size & add them to a large bowl.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 3

Cut the tomatoes in halves & add them to the bowl.

Black olives (pitted)
Capers
Anchovies

Step 4

Add a drizzle of olive oil, vinegar & pepper. Mix well & enjoy !
