Mozzarella (fresh)

Step 1

Slice the mozzarella into rounds.

White bread (sliced)
Pesto

Step 2

Spread a layer of pesto onto both bread slices.

Prosciutto
Arugula

Step 3

On one of the 2 slices, add the mozzarella, followed by the sliced ham & arugula leaves.

Step 4

Place the second slice of bread over the first one, with the pesto facing inward.

Step 5

Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Cook the grilled-cheese for 2 min on each side, until golden brown. Remove from the heat, cover the pan & set aside for 1 min.

Step 6

Cut the grilled-cheese in half or quarters & eat warm. Enjoy !
