Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Drain & roughly chop the dried tomatoes.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine : the shredded mozzarella, pesto & pepper.
Step 3
Heat a small drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the buckwheat galette.
Step 4
Spread the mozzarella/pesto mix onto the galette followed by the sun-dried tomatoes.* Cook for 3 min, until the cheese is fully melted & bubbling. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 5
Fold the galette into a square & serve it on a plate. Top with fresh basil leaves, if you have some & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
