Garlic

Step 1

Peel the garlic and place it in the Thermomix. Mix for 5 sec / speed 5. Then scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Rosemary (dried)

Step 2

Add a knob of butter (or a drizzle of olive oil), rosemary and sauté for 2 minutes / 120°C / speed 1.

Cannellini beans (cooked)
Chicken bouillon (cube)

Step 3

Drain and rinse the beans in running water, then add them to the Thermomix. Add 1 cup of water per person and the chicken stock cube. Cook for 6 minutes / 100°C / reverse direction / speed 1.

Country bread

Step 4

Meanwhile, toast the bread (sliced or in pieces).

Parmesan

Step 5

Once toasted place them on the plates and add the soup with the beans on top. (Optional: grate the parmesan cheese on top), add salt and pepper.
