Sweet potato

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into large chunks.

Transfer the sweet potato chunks to a baking dish or baking sheet. Add a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well, then bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.

Remove from the oven.

Place the hummus in a shallow dish or bowl, then arrange the roast sweet potatoes, arugula and crumbled feta on top. Season to taste and add a drizzle of olive oil — it's ready!
