Baby potatoes

Step 1

Cut the potatoes into thick rounds.

In a container, mix 1/4 cup of water per person, 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil per person, paprika.

Add the potatoes to a hot frying pan and mix.

Bring to the boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Peel, mince the garlic and onion, and chop mushrooms into slices.

Add them to the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Once the whites are cooked through, serve. Enjoy!
