An extra-indulgent hot chocolate, best enjoyed around a fire under a big blanket.
Stovetop, Pot (small), Whisk
Step 1
Roughly chop the chocolate.
Step 2
In a saucepan, add the water (1 tablespoon of water / person) and then the chocolate. Melt over low heat, stirring with a whisk.
Step 3
Once the chocolate has melted, gradually add the milk, continuing to stir with a whisk so that it blends in well.
Step 4
Next add the cocoa and whisk vigorously to get a velvety texture. Optional: add a little cinnamon if you have any.
Step 5
Once the chocolate is the correct temperature (be careful not boil the milk, otherwise it will form a skin). Serve the hot chocolate in a mug and top with the marshmallows!
