Red onion

Step 1

Peel & finely mince the onions.

White rice (long grain)

Step 2

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set aside.

Cooked shrimp
Garlic

Step 3

If needed, shell the shrimp. Add them to the Cookeo bowl. Cook on 'golden' program for 4 min.

Lime
Honey
Sesame seeds

Step 4

Add the lime juice, honey & sesame seeds. Cook for another 5 min on 'golden' mode.

Step 5

Serve the fluffy rice with the honey & sesame shrimp. Garnish with extra sesame seeds, if you have some left over. Enjoy !
