Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic and add it into the bowl with add the shrimps, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1.

Step 4

Add the sesame seeds, lime juice and honey and reduce for another 5 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1, until the preparation begins to caramelize.

Step 5

If necessary, reheat the rice on the Varoma tray during this final step. While hot, put the rice and shrimp on a plate. Serve and enjoy!
