Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 210°C. Cut the cauliflower into small-medium sized florets. Note: If you're using frozen salmon filets, defrost them first.

Maple syrup
Whole grain mustard
Garlic

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, mustard, a drizzle of olive oil, minced garlic, salt & pepper.

Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 3

Add the cauliflower to an oven-safe dish.

Step 4

Coat with the sauce (reserve some for the salmon) and mix.

Step 5

Add 2 tablespoons of water (per portion) to the dish with the cauliflower and bake for 20 minutes.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 6

After 20 minutes, add the salmon to the dish on top of the cauliflower.

Step 7

Coat with the remaining sauce then put in the oven during 10 minutes.

Step 8

Serve hot. Enjoy!
