Oven, Grater, Baking dish
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 210°C. Wash & slice the cauliflower into florets. Cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, add the cauliflower. Cook for 4-5 min, over medium heat, then drain it.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel & slice the onions into thin wedges.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine : the mustard, tahini, grated garlic & a drizzle of olive oil per serving. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 5
In an oven-proof dish, add : the cauliflower, onions & sauce. Season with salt & pepper & mix evenly coat. Roast for 20 min at 210°C.
Step 6
After 20 minutes, remove the dish from the oven. Add the salmon filets & season them with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.Roast for another 10 min at 210°C.
Step 7
Once golden & cooked through, remove the dish from the oven. Serve the roasted salmon & veggies in a plate. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
