Carrots (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and cut the carrots in half and then into slices.

Dijon mustard
Honey

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the honey with the mustard.

Garlic

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and grate the garlic. Add salt and pepper and mix again.

Chicken leg (quarters)

Step 4

Add olive oil to the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Add the chicken thighs.

Step 5

Brush chicken thighs with honey/mustard mixture.

Thyme (fresh)

Step 6

Add the sliced carrots and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with thyme.

Step 7

Season with salt and pepper. Pour a little water (5cl per portion) on the mixture and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 8

Take out of the oven, serve, and it' s ready!
