Buckwheat galette

Step 1

Melt a knob of butter in a crepe pan or a large frying pan. Place the galette.

Crème fraîche
Goat cheese
Walnuts

Step 2

Add the crème fraîche and the crumbled goat cheese (optional: add some chopped walnuts). Season and leave to cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Once the cheese is melted fold the galette into a half moon or square shape.

Honey

Step 4

Add a drizzle of honey.Serve, voilà !
