Buckwheat galette

Step 1

Melt a knob of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the galette to the pan.

Goat cheese (log)
Crème fraîche
Walnuts

Step 2

Add the crumbled goat cheese, cream & crushed nuts at the centre of the galette. Cook for 1–2 mins.

Step 3

Once the cheese is melted, fold the galette into a scare or in half. Continue cooking for another minute.

Honey

Step 4

Serve the galette with a drizzle of honey on top & a side of salad, seasoned to taste. Enjoy !
