Step 1
Pour the flour, olive oil and a pinch of salt (dosage for 1 pie crust) into a salad bowl. Mix.
Step 2
Then pour the water (8 cl for 1 pie crust) over it and mix quickly until you obtain a homogeneous ball of dough. Be careful to knead as little as possible so that the dough is not too hard and retains its crispness.
Step 3
To cook, preheat the oven to 180°C. Flour the work surface and roll out the dough using a floured rolling pin. To easily remove it from the work surface, wrap it around the roller. Then place it in a pie mold.
Step 4
Prick the bottom with a fork and place your filling on it. Bake for the necessary time indicated on the recipe, until it is lightly golden. Remove from the oven and serve! It's ready !
