Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, combine : the crème fraîche, goat's cheese & half of the dried rosemary.

Pizza crust

Step 2

Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking tray. Spread the goat's cheese /rosemary mixture over the pizza dough, leaving a 2 cm border all around.

Honey

Step 3

Add a drizzle of honey all over & top with the remaining rosemary & some freshly grated pepper. Bake for 10-12 min at 200°C, until the pizza is golden & the cheese has melted.

Step 4

Serve the pizza with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
