Butter (salted)

Step 1

In the Thermomix bowl, add the butter. Melt it for 2 min / 65°C / speed 1.

Egg
Milk (whole)
Flour (all-purpose)

Step 2

Crack the eggs into the bowl. Add the milk & flour. Mix for 25 sec / speed 6, until you obtain a smooth batter without lumps. If you have lumps, sift the mixture.

Step 3

Lightly butter a hot pan & pour a ladle of batter on top. Swivel the pan to homogeneously spread the batter across.

Step 4

Cook for 1 -2 min, over medium heat until the edges of the crêpe are lightly golden. Flip the crêpe and cook for another min on the other side. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, without forgetting to lightly grease the pan between each crêpe !

Step 5

Serve with crêpes with the toppings of your choosing - e.g: jam, powdered sugar, butter, hazelnut spread, etc. Enjoy !
