Stovetop, Pot (small), Electric hand mixer, Spatula

Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set aside.

Chocolate bar (baking)

Step 2

Break and melt the chocolate in a bowl and place in a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix.

Step 3

Add a pinch of sea salt. Remove chocolate from the water bath. Reserve and let cool.

Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with a pinch of sea salt.

Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate. Then mix to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.

Step 6

Very gently fold in the egg whites with a spatula.

Step 7

Pour into a large bowl or small ramekins. Chill for at least two hours before serving and enjoy!
