Egg

Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, cook 1 egg for 10 minutes (quantity for 4 people). Stop the cooking by running it under cold water. Peel it and let it cool down.

Step 2

Separate the yolk from the white of the other egg.

Garlic
Apple cider vinegar
Lemon

Step 3

In a blender, add the egg yolk, cooked egg, garlic, vinegar and lemon, then blend until smooth.

Parmesan

Step 4

Grate the parmesan then add it to the preparation, salt and pepper and mix again.

Sunflower oil

Step 5

Then add the sunflower oil: during the first minute, turn on the blender then add the oil drop by drop. Then continue to pour it in larger quantities but always gradually. It's ready !
