Step 1
In a blender or food processor, add the nuts, parsley, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil per person. Blend well.
Step 2
Wash, then finely chop the apples (removing the skin if you wish).
Step 3
In a large bowl, add the lettuce, apples, crumbled goat cheese, pesto sauce, salt, pepper and a splash of olive oil. Mix well. Enjoy!
