Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash then chop the peppers in half, remove the seeds. Then cut them into large pieces.
Step 2
Peel and then cut the onions into 4 and detach the petals.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to a large dish with the harissa paste, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Add the chicken to the dish and cover it with the vegetable sauce, then put it back in the centre.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is golden brown (count approx half an hour per 500g of chicken). Baste it with a little water during cooking. Serve & enjoy !
