Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the cream, half the shredded cheese and parmesan in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper.

Croissant

Step 2

Cut the croissants in half (the long way without going all the way through). Add a layer of the cream and cheese mixture, a slice of ham and another layer of the cream and cheese mixture. Close the croissant.

Shredded cheese

Step 3

Place the croissants on a piece of parchment paper on a cooking rack and top with the remaining shredded cheese.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Spring mix lettuce

Step 5

Serve the croissants with a side salad and enjoy!
