Tomato

Step 1

Wash then cut the tomatoes into slices.

Comté cheese

Step 2

Cut the Comté cheese into strips.

Mayonnaise
Whole wheat bread (sliced)

Step 3

Spread the mayonnaise on the two slices of sandwich bread.

Arugula
Ham (turkey)

Step 4

On one of the two slices, add the Comté cheese, tomato slices, arugula and turkey ham. Close the sandwich.

Step 5

Optional: in a pan over medium heat, melt a knob of butter (or olive oil). Add the sandwich, cover and brown for 3-4 minutes on each side. Make sure it doesn’t burn!

Step 6

Cut the sandwich in half if desired. It's ready !
